1. Tacit Acceptance

When accessing our Website, you are informed that any interaction you make in it will be subject to and you tacitly accept these Policies and Terms of Use, so we ask you to please read them carefully.

Hotel Barceló Gran Faro Los Cabos offers a variety of Services and sometimes additional conditions may apply to these Policies and Terms of Use. In the event of any dispute between the two conditions, these Policies and Terms of Use shall prevail.

If the user does not agree to be subject in whole or in part to these Policies and Terms of Use, he/she should refrain from entering and/or using the Website.

2. Specialty Restaurant Policies

Our specialty restaurant located inside the Hotel Barceló Gran Faro Los Cabos has the following policies, which the user, when making any reservation, tacitly agrees to comply with:

1. Reservations are subject to availability, all reservations must be made through our Website.
2. All guests must present the reservation code generated at the time of booking.
3. Only one reservation can be made per room, meaning that each reservation must have a different room number according to the number of guests staying in it.
4. The reservation code will not be transferable and will only be valid for one reservation.
5. The tolerance for each reservation is of 10 minutes from the reserved time, after this time the reservation will be lost.
6. Any additional person to the reservation is subject to availability.
7. The menu is subject to change due to missing ingredients or products in the menu.
8. In case of any allergy or food restriction, the guest must inform us at the time of reservation and/or upon arrival at the restaurant.
9. Due to capacity issues, the dining experience will have a maximum duration of 90 minutes.
10. It is not allowed to make tables larger than 8 people or to put together tables larger than this number.
11. After 8 people, the service will be with set-menu, that it means, with a predetermined menu.
12. To respect the reservation, all persons for whom the reservation was made must be present.
13. The dress code is formal, long pants or dress shorts, shirt with sleeves and closed shoes. No swimsuits, shorts, hats and sleeveless shirts.
14. The restaurant may deny access to guests who present themselves in an inappropriate state.
15. The dishes are for exclusive consumption inside the restaurant, there is no food to take away.
